In addition to the senior management team, Elderhaus staff includes direct care staff, maintenance team,  transportation drivers, volunteer coordinator and front desk receptionist. Many of the management team and direct care staff members are CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant).

All Elderhaus staff members receive QMAP training (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel – enables staff to administer medications as prescribed by their health professional) and First Aid/CPR training, in addition to monthly training on various forms of dementia and other subjects relating to the unique needs of our diverse participants.
