Elderhaus Adult Day Program, Inc. (“Elderhaus,” “we”) is a nonprofit adult day program in Fort Collins, Colorado. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers elderhaus.org only.

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic statistics about how people use this website.
  • We never sell or rent your information.
  • Donations are handled securely by Zeffy, not on this website.

Information you give us

When you call us, email connect@elderhaus.org or otherwise get in touch, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address and your message. We use them only to answer you, arrange tours and provide our services.

This website does not ask for health or care information. If you are considering Elderhaus for a loved one, we will talk through those details with you directly.

Donations

Donations and sponsorships are processed by Zeffy on zeffy.com, under Zeffy’s privacy policy. Elderhaus never sees your full card number. Zeffy shares your name, contact details and gift amount with us so we can send your receipt and say thank you.

Website statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, so we can make it better. It tells us things like which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, the general area visitors come from, and when someone taps our phone number, email address or donation links.

Google Analytics uses cookies (small files your browser stores) to tell visits apart. We use it only for these statistics. We have not turned on its advertising features, and we don’t use it to identify you.

This website links to Zeffy, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn’t cover them.

This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
