King Soopers Community Rewards
Elderhaus is participating with King Soopers in a rebate program that returns 5% of your purchase price to Elderhaus simply by signing up for the community rewards as part of the King Soopers loyalty card program. Visit http://www.kingsoopers.com to set up an account using a King Soopers loyalty card or sign in to an existing account. Once logged into your King Soopers account you can search for Elderhaus Adult Day Program either by name or AQ417 and then click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a loyalty card.
Safeway Gift Cards
Elderhaus is participating with Safeway in a rebate program that returns 5% of your purchase price to Elderhaus simply by using a reloadable Gift Card registered to Elderhaus. If you would like to help in this way, please contact Elderhaus and request a card which you can then load on your next visit to Safeway.
Mission Sponsorship
Mission Sponsors of Elderhaus contribute $5,000 or more in a 12-month period. Mission Sponsors are prominently acknowledged by name, including logo and active link, on the Elderhaus website year-round, and included on all major publications and promotional materials, including newsletters. Because we are a nonprofit organization, our sponsors are instrumental in making possible our service to adults with a range of special needs along with the caregivers who count on the respite we provide. General Contribution
A general contribution to Elderhaus will benefit our program in many ways. You may specify how you would like your support to be used. Please deliver your contribution in person or mail to Elderhaus Adult Day Program, Inc. at 6813 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
Ongoing Support Partner
With a monthly pledge, you will be able to provide a reliable steady income to assist Elderhaus in meeting the monthly requirements to deliver services to our participants and their families. You can use the ColoradoGives donation system with a donor login account to make recurring donations easily from a credit card or bank account.
Memorial or Tribute Contributions
A memorial contribution to Elderhaus is a wonderful way to honor a loved one who received care at Elderhaus or a caregiver who made a difference in the life of a family member. Consider making a tribute contribution to recognize a birthday, a friend or family member, or yourself in lieu of a traditional gift for any occasion. This can be done either online or by mail/personal delivery as outlined above.
Bequest & Planned Giving
Your love and appreciation of Elderhaus can become your legacy when you remember Elderhaus in your will, as a beneficiary of an insurance policy or retirement account, or through a major gift to Elderhaus.
